Winslow Lewis [1790 1850] was a sea captain, engineer, inventor and well known for his construction of American lighthouses which he began in the 1820's. Listed for auction is the autograph of Winslow Lewis signed on a page. The autograph is signed ''Winslow Lewis'' in black ink and the page measures 3.25 x 1.50 inches. The page was most likely removed from a letter/document, it has trivial toning/soiling otherwise it is in very good condition. The autograph is authentic and is a uncommon example of this noted engineer. We have listed a nice collection of autographs including, military, aviation and astronaut autographs.
