Signed manuscript letter from William George MacCallum to Dr. Jay Harvey Bacon on Johns Hopkins University Department of Pathology letterhead. Bacon studied at Johns Hopkins alongside and then under MacCallum, who was four years older. By all indications the pair were colleagues if not longtime friends.
9" x 6". Some scarring to reverse were letter was removed from scrapbook.
