    Description

    I came across this at a tag sale, and after some research, this what I found out ... not much.
    The company "Durable Toy & Novelty" is best known for their metal banks and tin children toys.  This item was different, revolutionary actually ... I read somewhere that this is the very first battery operated commercially produced game. It seems like some sort of a trivia game;
    There are questions cards that lay over the top of the board.
    There are 12 different two-sided paper cards and they are in VG undamaged condition.
    On the board, there is a clock-type device that would spin (battery power) and land on one of the questions that is placed on top of the board. The board circuitry is real basic... would have liked to see this actually work.
    Anyways, Not sure of what other pieces were included.. there appears to be an outlet for a small bulb.  This sits in a box that is in rough shape, no lid, no instructions. Cards dated 1931.
    Sorry .. thats all I got ... is this interesting to somebody?  Hope so!  Feel free to reach out with any info you may have on this and thanks for looking.
