Vintage Silver-Plated 5-1/2-inch Small Dish

Description

I'm not an expert, but I believe this is silverplate because of the appearance of the tarnish and that it is non-magnetic.  The fact that there are no marks that would indicate it isn't more than plate.
This small dish measures 5-1/2 inches from edge to edge with a 3-inch flat center, and edges rising about 7/16 inches from the table. It has a lovely vine pattern around the edge with heart shaped leaves that remind me of morning glory. I believe the dish has been in our family for at least 60 years.
