Vintage, Robin Hood bobblehead/nodder - unmarked, but most likely Japan
This feels like some type of plastic composite -- heavier than plastic, but not ceramic
Bobblehead works well
Note some paint wear/fade/scuffing with a 3mm x 4mm paint chip on the back of his hat (pic #5)
It does seem like his head is slightly off-center, as well
This is a unique, vintage item.  It would be great for a collector!
