time is 2-8 days.  Processing time is usual one (1) day or (2) days,  All free shipping items are shipped standard unless otherwise selected and paid.
Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery,
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery
, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail. The same rates apply for residential, commercial, and PO box addresses.
RUSH SHIPPING: 35% of order value after discounts with .00 minimum. Orders ship via FedEx 1-2 Day service. Rush shipping is not available for PO box addresses.
PO Boxes:
PO Box shipments are shipped now at no additional cost.
Alaska & Hawaii:
A shipping surcharge applies to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii; also Puerto Rico, Guam, The Virgin Islands and APO/FPO as included below under Economy). The surcharge amount is dependent on the size, weight and cost of the item and will be included in your total at checkout. Shipping time is 2-8 days.
Economy Shipping:
For shipments to addresses outside the Continental United States such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO locations, usually ship USPS. Shipping time is 2-14 days.
International Shipping:
We now ship daily direct to Canada as shown under International to Canada by FedEx to Canada service!  We also ship Worldwide (except for direct to Canada that is shown under International Shipping) every day through the eBay Global Shipping Program.  EBay will automatically charge you the International shipping and will take responsibility for the International Shipment.
Shipping on multiple item orders for locations outside the Continental US can be adjusted to actual cost. Please contact All Deals N Steals for a quote with combined shipping costs for multiple items.
DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS:
I ALWAYS replace or refund by email.
Please just email me as I usually just send out a
replacement/refund without having to return.
Damaged:
All items are shipped from my distributor new in the original packaging. Please contact me by email in the event that your item arrives with damage. I can file a claim on the item right away with pictures of the damage. In very rare situations my distributor will require a return for the quality control department to review and will send a prepaid return label for the return.  This is so rare and we usually replace or refund within a day or two so please do not use the Ebay Return Service as you will most likely not be returning your item and that service will sit open redundant when there will be no return.  If you just email me, I can have a replacement or refund right out to you!  I don't use the return service as I have my own replacement/refund service that is easier, better and faster.
Returns:
I try my best to picture my items well and include accurate descriptions with dimensions. Please email with any questions! In the event that a purchase is not what you were looking for and you would like to return it, please note that buyer pays all return shipping and my distributor does NOT refund the original shipping (as not part of item and would be paid by buyer anyway and may be included in your original item price) and withholds a 20% restocking fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please contact me for a return authorization number to include on the label of your return. Once your return is received you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.  Please take into consideration what you will receive back before returning an item as it may be more cost effective for you to keep it and use it as a gift or resell it.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS & DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
Occasionally, an item will discontinue or stock will run low creating a delayed ship status before I have a chance to close the auction. If you should make a purchase of an item that turns out to be on delayed shipment status I will contact you right away to make arrangements to continue with the delayed shipment, exchange the item or process a refund. I wasn't getting any warning when stock is low and, as hard as I try, this situation is beyond my control. However, just this month they are giving me a running amount so this should be very rare now, if at all.  I do my best to provide a worry-free experience and patience is very much appreciated.
