SATO RACING Frame Sliders for 2001-13 Ducati Monster series, Sport 1000,
Hypermotard 1100
and other compatible Ducati models
(part# D-M900FS-BK
) feature slider pucks made out of high-density black DELRIN, a tough, abrasion-resistant material ideal for protecting the bike from scrapes or more serious damage if you lay it down at speed on the track. These premium sliders will keep the frame and exposed engine and exhaust parts around the core of the bike from touching the pavement, with the slider pucks absorbing and dissipating any potential damage while helping to glide the bike to a smooth, controlled stop. The slider pucks are mounted to the frame with high strength Black-anodized billet aluminum spacer collars, and a chrome molybdenum through-bolt.

Limited warranty covers workmanship or functional defects that are apparent when the parts are new, and does not cover issues such as normal wear and tear that may arise due to regular use.  Additionally, due to the infinite number of ways a bike can crash, and other variables such as road surface type and condition, we cannot guarantee the sliders will perform as designed in every crash situation. It should also be noted that the slider puck material is very hard so it can perform well in an extended slide, but might not be as effective protection in a kickstand fallover and other hard falls with blunt force impact.
NOTE: This item is designed for closed course racing and is not intended for street use.
