This is a sealed roller bearing.  Please be sure it fits your application before purchase.  It has the following information on it:
NTN USA 6306c3, 6306luai, and  4 9 5 918.
That is all the information that I have.  I'm cleaning out a toolbox, and this was in it.  It it new.  It has not been installed in anything from what I can tell.
