Shipping:
We ship utilizing the following services: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), DHL Worldwide, and Federal Express (FedEx). If you would like to use your shipping account number please contact us with that information. If you have a rush shipping order please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs. We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all items will ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping International:
Our preferred method of International Shipping is via USPS Priority or Express Mail International as it is the most cost effective, and includes a tracking number. If you would like us to use a different method of international shipping, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of the requested service. Please note that items shipped outside of the United States may incur brokerage charges or customs fees. As a customer you are responsible for these charges.

We understand that you may have an emergency and you need an item after business hours or rush delivery. We will do our very best to work with you to meet your demands. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.
Returns:
Contact us using ebay messages. We only sell new surplus items or used items that were pulled from known working machinery. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 30 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the item. We will not be responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections. Any claim(s) for a defective item must be handled within eBay 30 day return policy.
