MATRIX ISO Il 700C 32H TUBULAR / PELSSIER 2000 Hubs WHEEL SET/VINTAGE.
In great conditions considering the age, French hubs and U.S. made rims and a 7 speed cluster made by Maillard 12/21 gear
Cluster spins and it’s not restricted by rust build up as well as the hubs.
Fully functional, they have been in storage for over 17 years.
Would recommend some servicing to get them in perfect riding conditions as the rider was only 130 lbs

Tubular tires (glue on) not included as depicted by picture
