GEORGE BURNS and GRACIE ALLEN autographs

Description

Clearing my uncle's estate.  He collected many different signatures from musicians, movie stars, and TV personalities.  I believe these to be authentic simply because of the prices I saw him pay for his pieces but I do not have the authentication paperwork nor do I have a receipt.  And I just don't have the time/energy to get it authenticated.  So this could be a bargain for someone!
George's signature is very light.  Allen's is much better.

Reasonable offers entertained.  We had an appraiser come in and give us a starting point but I am willing to negotiate.

LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, THIS PIECE HAS BEEN APPRAISED BUT NOT AUTHENTICATED.  I don't have the time to get all of his autographs authenticated.  For some pieces I have receipts from certain companies/stores that sell autographs.  I know he believed his collection to be authentic.  He paid for authentic.  But I have no COA.
I regret having to increase some of my listing's shipping charges, but the post office has raised their rates again.  I am sorry for any inconvenience.
