French Burda July 1994 Magazine includes over 70 sewing and craft patterns. Dress/Pants/Shorts/Skirt/ Patterns are in Multiple Sizes. This Burda magazine, written entirely in French, includes a selection of 60 patterns for summer wear and a few for fall. (Includes a variety of clothing items in misses’ sizes, plus sizes, tall, and children’s.) It also includes craft patterns, fashion ideas, pasta recipes, summer wine cooler recipes, and home decoration ideas. See the table of contents image (“Sommaire”) for details about the contents for this particular issue. Each article of clothing has a pattern in certain sizes. See the two-page diagram chart which provides an illustration of all of the clothing items and the size range of the pattern diagrams for each one. Misses’ sizes, plus sizes, tall, and children’s are given in European size numbers. I have included the Burda size chart which provides the measurements for bust, waist, hip, etc. *** Please note that these are patterns that require tracing on tissue paper in order to be able to actually make the item. These scans and photographs are but a small sample of the many pattern items featured in this magazine. Condition: Very Good. Patterns still in original folds and never used. Stored in smoke-free house. Some corners are bent from shelf storage; all pages are intact and tightly bound. Some normal age discoloration along edge of some pages. Images and text are bright. ____ ***The sizes used in this magazine are European. The measurements on the Burda size chart are in centimeters (cm). If you want to determine the size in inches, divide the cm figure by 2.54 with a calculator or online conversion site. For example, a size 40 on the Burda chart is shown as having a 92 cm bust. This is equivalent to a 36 in. bust 92/2.54=36).
