    BLUE BIRD
    Kulfi Mix makes making of kulfi easier with the traditional kulfi taste. Served by itself is good enough, but is interesting with falooda & jellies.
    Directions for use
    1.
    Take 400ml. of fresh milk. Dissolve the contents of the packet in the milk.
    2.
    Boil the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes stirring vigorously.
    3.
    Cool it to room temperature and pour the mixture into Kulfi moulds.
    4.
    Keep in the freezer to set. Within 2-3 hours it’s ready to serve.
