. This is the personal school book that belonged to Robert Lansing of Watertown NY. It was purchased in a small village near Watertown approx. 30 years ago. It contains notes and drawing on Geometry and Trigonometry (most related to land surveying). The inside front cover (which is no longer attached to the rest of the notebook) states, "Robert Lansing's Number beginning the 15th of June 1809." All handwriting and sketches are clear. Some age spotting, but overall in nice condition. Book measures 11 x 9.5".
